Since 1993, Liz has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California, consistently protecting her clients' equity and guiding them to achieve their real estate goals. At Coldwell Banker Realty, Liz offers personalized consultations and market snapshot reports, helping retirees and other clients make informed decisions whether relocating from California to Florida, Texas, Hawaii, or settling within California.

Organizations Served:

- Guild President, I served as the Guild President for Riverside County Philharmonic in the 1990s. My job was to continue membership development and awareness of the importance of having a Philharmonic Orchestra thrive in my local community. Being a professional jazz artist, it was my way of giving back to my community and to continue to support music instructions in the schools.

- Project Manager, I facilitated a musical concert as Project Manager to help my church create a fundraising project to raise funds to replace the roof of the church. This project was called; "Raise the Roof". My spouse wrote the arrangements for a 13 piece big band orchestra and I was the soloist for the big band.

- SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES designation focuses on the needs of home buyers and sellers aged 50 and over. It became an official member of the NAR family of designations in March 2007.

- The NCREA, CREIPS designation stands for Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist. Offered by the National Commercial Real Estate Association, it signifies that an agent is uniquely qualified to help a commercial investor plan their investment strategy and achieve their investment goals.
